Dan Costello

As Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer, Costello oversees all revenue generation departments including Ticket Sales and Service and Global Partnership Solutions. Costello also oversees the organization’s strategies involving innovation and Information Technology, Broadcast Media, Community Relations as well as Suns Legacy Partners’ interest in the Legends Entertainment District.


Ivana Kirkbride

Ivana Kirkbride leads product marketing for the Entertainment product group at Meta which includes Video, Music and Gaming. Previously she led content strategy and programming for Facebook Watch, Instagram Video and Messenger Watch Together.

Prior to Facebook, Ivana was the General Manager for OTT Entertainment at Verizon where she led P&L management of a suite of AVOD, SVOD and MVPD products. As the Chief Content Officer for Verizon’s go90, she executed a focus on premium content. Under her leadership, go90 earned over 90 major award nominations including an Oscar for Best Animated Short Film. Dear Basketball was a landmark win-- the first for an ad-supported video platform. Prior, Ivana led content for Vessel, an early player in the creator economy, later acquired by Verizon. Before Vessel, Ivana held executive roles at YouTube and was a founding member of YouTube Originals. Prior to YouTube, she held management team roles at digital media startups and investment roles at technology growth funds.

Ivana is a 2018 Henry Crown Fellow with the Aspen Institute, a member of the Producers Guild of America, the Television Academy and the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. She serves on boards for the Consumer Technology Association, TV Academy Foundation and VidCon.


Domenic DiMeglio

EVP and CMO
ViacomCBS Digital

Domenic DiMeglio is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Paramount Streaming, responsible for leading marketing and data for Paramount+ and Pluto TV globally.

Prior to the formation of the Paramount Streaming Group, Domenic was EVP, CMO and Head of Operations for ViacomCBS Digital and served in the same capacity for CBS Interactive prior to the merger of CBS and Viacom. In his prior roles, Domenic has led marketing across the division including for the CBS All Access subscription video on-demand and live streaming service, which was rebranded to Paramount+ in 2021, as well as ad-supported streaming services CBSN, ET Live and CBS Sports HQ. In addition, Domenic was responsible for running the CBS Audience Network, CBS Interactive's network of digital distribution partners; managed the TV EST business; and led the division’s Data and Insights Group. He also oversaw video monetization, ad operations and helped drive the digital distribution strategy for CBS’s premium online video.

Domenic held various roles during his fifteen years at CBS Interactive in both finance and operations. He started his career in KPMG’s technology and entertainment practice and then spent several years in finance at Primedia before joining CBS.


Yang Adija, MBA

SVP, Digital League Business Operations, Growth & Innovation
Turner Sports

Yang Adija is SVP, Digital League Business Operations, Growth & Innovation for Turner Sports. In his role he is responsible for managing the overall business operations and daily execution of strategic and tactical initiatives for digital league partnerships with the NBA and NCAA. In addition, Yang leads Turner Sports’ innovation efforts, leading to the development and launch of Blocklete Games, an original IP franchise built on the blockchain, and the organization’s industry-leading NFT efforts. 

In his previous role, Yang was VP, Business Operations and Strategy for Turner NBA Digital, in which he managed NBATV, NBA.com, the NBA App and NBA League Pass and worked closely with the League on communication and execution of new business development deals, strategic partnerships, and product initiatives. 

Yang has also held the position of Senior Director of strategy and research for Turner Content Distribution (TCD), the domestic distribution and marketing arm of Turner.  In this role, he was responsible for developing business strategy for multi-platform content distribution and monetization opportunities in new evolving markets across Turner’s portfolio of networks and brands.  Yang was also instrumental in launching FilmStruck, Boomerang and the Turner Podcast Network, new direct to consumer products for Turner. 

Prior to joining Turner, Yang was a director in KPMG's advisory practice in Atlanta. As a finance lead, he was responsible for creating and engaging partnership strategies and managed key growth initiative metrics for some of KPMG’s largest international clients. Yang also served in several capacities with the Walt Disney Company including manager of planning, providing financial support during the digital transformation of Disney’s feature animation film business, as well as playing a key role in analyzing Disney’s cable network business.   

Yang obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Fordham University. 


Jamyn Edis

Head of Data Strategy & Analytics
Take-Two Interactive (Rockstar Games, 2K Games)

Jamyn Edis is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the technology, media, and telecom industry. His current role is Head of Data Strategy & Analytics at Take-Two Interactive, a videogame company which owns labels such as Rockstar Games and 2K Games.

Previously, Jamyn was the founder and CEO of Dash, a venture-funded connected car platform. Jamyn is also a mentor and investor in Techstars, the world's premier technology accelerator, as well as being a participant in the New York 2013 program.

Previously, as a VP at HBO, he led the Emerging Technology R&D Group and also worked in the London and New York offices at Accenture's strategy consulting practice, with industry focus was technology, media and telecoms; his clients include Sprint, BT, Fox Interactive, MySpace, Rogers, Global Telematics, Trader.com, Sony PlayStation, World Rally Championships, Warner Music, EMI.

He is currently a Professor in New Media and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at NYU's Stern School of Business. Additionally, he is a Lecturer at Columbia University's School of Professional Studies, where he teaches two courses in the Strategic Communications program. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA/MA from Cambridge University.
