As the Vice President, Global Digital Strategy and Social Engagement at NARS, she oversees key digital and social touchpoints globally, with a focus on innovation - inclusive of gaming, the metaverse and the virtual economies.

Neha Singh is the CEO & Founder of Obsess, an experiential e-commerce platform enabling brands and retailers to create visual, immersive, 3D virtual stores on their websites and on metaverse platforms. She was previously the Head of Product at Vogue, where she was responsible for the product strategy and technology execution of Vogue’s digital business including content products, ad products and distribution platforms. Prior to that, Neha was VP of Product and Engineering at AHAlife, an e-commerce startup for luxury lifestyle products. Neha began her career at Google, where she was a Software Engineer and Tech Lead for 5 years and worked on Google AdWords and Google News. She holds an undergraduate Computer Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a graduate Computer Science degree from MIT.


Ridhima Ahuja Kahn

Ridhima Ahuja Kahn is the VP of BD/Strategic Partnerships at Dapper Labs. Her focus is building meaningful partnerships with the world’s top IPs and social media platforms as they look to build blockchain-based experiences. Prior to Dapper Labs, she was a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) where she focused on sports, social, media & entertainment, collectibles (digital & physical), hospitality/travel and food. She has also spent time on the investment teams at the Hewlett Foundation ($12b) & Grosvenor Capital Management ($46b).

Kahn holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.


Wayne Liu

Mr. Liu is the Chief Growth Officer and President of America at Perfect Corp.

Mr. Liu has been in his current position since June 2015. He has built the ground work for Perfect by recruiting key talent, establishing partnership with beauty brands, retailers such as Estee Lauder, Target Google, Meta and other highly inferential organizations.  

Prior to Perfect Corp, Mr. Liu joined Perfect’s parent company CyberLink in 2009. He was Vice President of Business Development responsible for key partner development, sales strategy and business growth. Mr. Liu has worked in various engineering and marketing management position at Intel, Broadcom and NVIDIA before joining Cyberlink.

Mr. Liu received his BS degree from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, MS degree from Case Western Reserve University and Ph.D. program at University of Southern California. He also earned his MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University.

As Industry Manager of Luxury, Fashion & Retail at Meta, Ali Hersh Pace oversees a team dedicated to some of the top marketers and agencies in this vertical.

Prior to joining Meta, Ali worked for the last 20 years in traditional media at companies including Condé Nast, Viacom and Primedia & began her career in Beauty and Fragrance Marketing at CHANEL.

Ali is based in Meta’s New York office and lives on the Upper West Side with her husband and two sons.
